SEI was delighted once again to see such high levels of involvement in the Users’ Day which bought together nearly all the brands that use the Optimate (Supply Chain Planning) software package : AIGLE, BILLABONG Group (Billabong, Element et RVCA), CWF (Burberry, Boss, Chloé, Timberland…), EIDER, LACOSTE, LAFUMA, MILLET, OXBOW, PETIT BATEAU, QUIKSILVER Group (Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes), RIP CURL, ROSSIGNOL.
Taking place in Hendaye, on the Basque Coast, the 2014 edition was held in good spirits and provided opportunity to exchange views.
This meeting is crucial for SEI and Optimate since it allows users to be closely involved in the software’s development process. Much of the day was therefore given over to workshops discussing the main themes of the 2014-2015 R&D programme:
- Sales forecasts for Outlets
- Forecasts for E-commerce
- Developments in the Optimate Retail module
